V-Bird VA

Dear pilots,

On the upcoming FS weekend the 3th and 4th of November 2018, we will be present for the 14th year in a row.

V-Bird VA has been characterized for 14 years by distinguishing itself from other Virtual Airlines in many areas. Where many fellow Virtual Airlines mainly focus on “As Real As It Gets” and you have to do a lot, such as taking exams, to fly on VATSIM or IVAO, you canĀ“t make mistakes or your pirep is rejected or only fly the prescribed schedules, V-Bird VA focuses on the fact that this is a hobby. It is not for nothing that we have been using the slogan “Dare to be different” for years now.

With the V-Bird VA you determine the level of “As Real As It Gets” and you do not have to do exams, you can do your flights offline, on VATSIM, IVAO or on our own V-Bird server. You can do flights from the schedules, but also invent your own flights or fly one of the many Tours made by the members of V-Bird VA. If you make a hard landing once, then so be it, the pirep will be approved and hopefully it motivates you to improve the next flight. It is not a job, it is a hobby that everyone should enjoy in his own way.

Are there no rules at all? Of course, but as little as possible

At the V-Bird VA stand they can tell you all about it. You can also go there for:

  • Only on Saturday is our X-Plane expert Leon van Dijk present at the Aviodrome to help you with your questions, problems with X-Plane11 and to demonstrate them.
  • Marcel Doesburg takes you into the world of Virtual Reality and X-Plane. You can also experience for yourself how this is.
  • Jan Oomen takes you into the world of Virtual Reality and P3D. You can also experience for yourself how this is.
  • Remmert Dekker takes you into the world of FSX / P3D and can inform you about Flying online from the pilot side.
  • You can get information about the V-Bird VA, its own private network and the meetings in Hilversum.
  • On Saturday you can ask questions to Sander Paris, our real life pilot from EasyJet.

We would like to welcome you on Saturday the 3th or Sunday the 4th of November 2018 between 10:00 and 17:00 at the stand of V-Bird VA and “Dare to be Different”
